After finishing Steps 1, 2 and 3 of Dr. Humiston’s Candida Kit, you will stay on the easy Maintenance program, which consists of taking just a few capsules a day. Experience has shown that this is the most effective and easiest way to keep Candida from coming back. You are encouraged to continue the Maintenance program for at least one year after completing the first three steps. In fact, you should stay on Maintenance for as long as you continue to feel well on it.
The first Maintenance set is included in your Candida Kit, and will last you at least 100 days.
The Candida Maintenance Kit includes one bottle each, 100 capsules per bottle, of the three different proprietary herbal antifungal formulas that came with your original Candida Kit. Under normal use, the Maintenance Kit will last you 100 days.
